+This is a very rough general draft ... without filling out some specific data about the applicant it is hard to get good details about Jobs.  Once Kathy gave some details about her actual experience and talked to anyone at these sites, she could open many doors.  Her knowledge base is so extensive with very little effort it could be leveraged to many positions that would not seem so at first glance.  She has the kind and depth of knowledge that positions might actually be created just to utilize it's potential. \\
